Abstract
An oxalato-bridged binuclear iron(III) compound, Fe2(C2O4)Cl4(DMF)4 (DMF = dimethylformamide), was obtained by electrocrystallization for three weeks at 3.4 V and it displays a strong antiferromagnetic interaction of J = −6.74(4) cm−1.
Graphical abstractElectrocrystallization of BETS, Me4N[Fe(C2O4)Cl2] in C6H5Cl/DMF yield the oxalato-bridge binuclear Fe(III) compound Fe2(C2O4)Cl4(DMF)4, which displays a strong antiferromagnetic interaction of J = −6.74(4) cm−1.Figure optionsDownload full-size imageDownload as PowerPoint slide
