Abstract
The oxidative addition kinetics, of CH3I to [Rh((C4H3S)COCHCOR)(CO)(PPh3)] with RÂ =Â C6H5 or C4H3S, studied by UV/vis, IR, 1H NMR and 31P NMR techniques consist of three consecutive reaction steps involving isomers of two different RhIII-alkyl and two different RhIII-acyl species.
