Abstract

An efficient simulation program for the fit of frequency-domain magnetic resonance spectra using the single spin model is introduced. The required formulas for the determination of the energy levels, the transition probability and finally the optical transmission are given in a general form. The example shows that the program can accurately determine sign and magnitude of the zero-field splitting parameters from the spectra.
