Abstract
Eight novel metallacyclic derivatives of copper (II) have been synthesized and structurally characterized as a pent-coordination around central metal. Significant biological applications e.g. DNA binding, DNA cleavage, antimicrobial, molecular docking and cytotoxicity of these complexes were found remarkably well.
