Abstract
⺠Synthesis of tetranuclear Cu(II) complex with oximate ligands. ⺠Rare μ3-η1,η2,η1-oximato bridges. ⺠It shows relatively weaker antiferromagnetic interaction through in-plane bridging of oximates. ⺠Magnetic exchange through out-of-plane bridging mode of oxime is negligible. ⺠Understanding of magnetic exchange coupling using DFT technique.
