[Pd(HQS)2] (HQS = 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid) a highly efficient catalyst for Suzuki–Miyaura cross couplings in water

[Pd(HQS)2] (HQS = 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid) efficiently catalyses the Suzuki–Miyaura reactions of a broad scope of bromobenzenes in neat water. Moreover, the catalysts can be recycled up to four times without any significant decrease in activity.
