Abstract
Protonation of the neutral tetranuclear platinum-rhodium [Rh2Pt2(CO)7(PPh3)3] complex affords the di-cationic carbonyl hydride cluster [H2Rh2Pt2(CO)7(PPh3)3]2+ the structure of which was established using multinuclear NMR spectroscopy.
