Abstract
Two binuclear clusters [PPh4][(η5-C5Me5)WS3(Mâ²Cl2)] (1: Mâ²Â = Zn; 2: Mâ²Â = Cd) and one trinuclear cluster [{(η5-C5Me5)WS3}2Hg] (3) were isolated from reactions of [PPh4][(η5-C5Me5)WS3] with Mâ²Cl2 (Mâ²Â = Zn, Cd, Hg) in MeCN. The structures of 1-3 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR and X-ray crystallography.
