Abstract
•The convenient synthesis of (pyridin-2-yl)perfluoropropionamides was proposed.•The synthesis N-(pyridin-2-yl)perfluoropropanimidoyl chloride was developed.•The first of 3-CF3-2-(phosphoryl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines was synthesized.
The first representatives of 3-trifluoromethyl-2-(dialkoxyphosphoryl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines have been synthesized by the reaction of N-(pyridin-2-yl)-perfluoropropanimidoyl chlorides with triethyl phosphite.
