Abstract
Recently, we disclosed the advantages of using spirocyclic iodonium(III) ylides in the synthesis of 18F-arenes. Herein we present the application of this reaction onto continuous-flow microfluidic technology, resulting in enhanced conversions and application to clinically relevant compounds.
