Abstract
⺠One synthesis route to produce pure antimony pentafluoride at large scale is described. ⺠The purity of SbF5 from different synthesis ways and commercial sources was investigated. ⺠19F NMR is useful to detect the presence of SbF3, SbF6â and indirectly HF.
