Abstract
A highly efficient and practical approach to the hydrodefluorination of CF bond in fluoroarenes in the presence of 5 mol% NiCl2(PCy3)2 with lithium tri-t-butoxyaluminium hydride (LiAl(O-t-Bu)3H) under mild conditions has been developed.
