Abstract
The neuropeptide gamma with point mutations (S8,16A) and its N-acetyl derivative were studied. The potentiometric measurements were performed in 2.5-10.5Â pH range, spectroscopic and mass spectrometric study of Cu(II) binding to the neuropeptide gamma with point mutations and its acetyl derivative were carried out. The products of the copper(II)-catalyzed oxidation are determined.
