Abstract
In the presence of Zn(II) 100μM (B) in serum albumin and glyceraldehydes mixtures, the base peak m/z of MALDI mass spectra is lower than that of the mixtures (A) incubated without Zn(II). This indicates reduced non-enzymatic modification of human serum albumin in the presence of Zn(II).
