The synthesis of carbosilane dendrons with bidentate bis(diphenylphosphanomethyl)amino ligands at the focal point and terminal alkyl or dimethylamino end-groups, together with their palladium(II) complexes and a cationic ammonium-quaternized derivative, is described. All compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P and 29Si).
