Abstract
Mono- and disubstituted EHBG (HBED) ligands of different kind: p-OMe, p-NHAc, 3,4-Me2, p-Ph were obtained. Fe(III) complexes of the ligands were studied for their stability at changing acidity and relaxivity - r1, which was the highest for Fe-EHBG-NHAc, i.e. 0.95Â mMâ1Â sâ1. EPR signals of the complexes were assigned to rhombically distorted high-spin species.
