Abstract
Synthesis, structure determination and in vitro anticancer evaluation of novel ferrocene-based pyridazinyl hydrazones and related ferroceno-fused derivatives are reported. A planar chiral ferroceno[d]pyridazinone carrying an additional heterocyclic fragment was found to be the most promising model.
