In order to improve biological behavior of the 1H-1,2,4-triazole derivatives, a series of new ferrocene-analogues of commercial triadimefon were synthesized and their antifungal and plant growth regulatory activities evaluated. These organometallic analogues showed lower antifungal activity than parent triadimefon, but exhibited promising plant growth regulatory activity.
