Abstract
Synthesis and spectroscopic properties of three ortho-metallated species of general formula [PdL(PPh3)] and a coordination complex trans-[Pd(HL)(PPh3)2Cl] with N-(4-R-benzoyl)-Nâ²-(2,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)hydrazines (H2L) are described. Crystal structures of all the complexes have been determined. Intra- and intermolecular non-covalent interactions have been scrutinized.
