Abstract
⺠We report the fine tuning of the charge injection and transport abilities of bis(8-hydroxyquinoline) Pt(II) (Ptq2) complex. ⺠It is found that the 7-positions of the quinoline ligand are the active located point. ⺠The charge injection and transport abilities will be enhanced by increasing the number of thiophene. ⺠These Pt complexes are potential of red phosphors in the development of red OLEDs.
