Abstract
The title compounds were obtained via cyclization of ferrocenyl thioimidates in the presence of sodium ethoxide. Compound having RÂ =Â p-nitrophenyl and R1Â =Â Ac showed significant second-order NLO properties determined by the EFISH method.
