Abstract
A group of novel mixed ring molybdenum cations containing phosphorus ligands is reported, starting from the dicationic compounds [IndCpMoL2][BF4]2 with L = dppe or P(OMe)3. The diene complexes of the type [IndMo{η4-C5H5(R)}L2]+ (L = dppe or P(OMe)3; R = H, CH2Cl) and also the asymmetric hydride complex [IndCpMoH{P(OMe)3}]PF6 were characterized by experimental techniques, including X-ray crystallographic studies and cyclic voltammetry.
