Abstract
The temperature dependences of the proton spin-lattice relaxation rates R1 measured at 14, 23.8 and 90Â MHz for LaY2Ni9H10.3. The frequency-dependent increase in R1 at T>250Â K indicates the onset of the motional contribution to the relaxation rates.
