Abstract
We report a systematic study of the non-stoichiometry and high-temperature transport properties of the perovskite related mixed conductor Sr3Fe2O6+δSr3Fe2O6+δ. The variation of the oxygen content (6+δ)(6+δ) with T and equilibrium oxygen partial pressure (pO2)(pO2) was obtained by thermogravimetry within the range: 10-5 Partial molar entropy, sO2sO2, as a function of “6+δ6+δ” for Sr3Fe2O6+δSr3Fe2O6+δ. The fitting of sO2sO2 with different defect models; assuming delocalized and localized charge carrier, associated defect and oxygen vacancies occupying different oxygen lattice sites; are shown.Figure optionsDownload full-size imageDownload as PowerPoint slide
