Abstract
A novel 5-connected nov (44.66) topology network, [Cd2L2(4,4â²-bipy)3/2(H2O)2]n (H2L=m-thioacetatebenzoic acid and 4,4â²-bipy=4,4â²-bipyridine), was prepared under hydrothermal condition and it displays intense structure-related fluorescent emission.
