Abstract
► Six saponins were first reported from Anemone rivularis var. flore-minore. ► One of them is a new compound with gypsogenin as aglycone. ► This type of aglycone is first reported in genus Anemone. ► Maybe the title plant contains different enzyme from other plants of this genus. ► The chemotaxonomic significance of the other five saponins was also discussed.
