Abstract
•First report on anthocyanin and flavonol profiles of Rufete (Vitis vinifera L.) red grapes.•Rufete and Tempranillo grapes showed different anthocyanin and flavonol profiles.•Application of hierarchical cluster analyses allows differentiation between Rufete and Tempranillo.•Unlike flavonol profile, anthocyanin profile allows further differentiation among Rufete clones.
