Synthesis, biological evaluation, and molecular docking studies of novel 1-benzene acyl-2-(1-methylindol-3-yl)-benzimidazole derivatives as potential tubulin polymerization inhibitors

Compounds of novel 1-benzene acyl-2-(1-methylindol-3-yl)-benzimidazole derivatives containing different substituent groups were designed, synthesized and evaluated for the inhibitory activity against tubulin polymerization and cancer cell inhibitory activity. Docking simulation and the QSAR study were conducted.
