Abstract
Seventeen novel tetrahydrobenzo(b)thieno[3,2-e]pyrimidin-5(4H)-one derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their biological activities such as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsant and neuropsychobehavioural effects. Most of the compounds exhibited promising activity.
