Abstract
Four series of bis-isatins with hydrazide linkers were synthesized. Compound 21c possessed significant activity against MCF-7 and HCT-116 when compared to doxorubicin. Cell cycle analysis and annexin V-FTIC studies were performed to investigate its potent anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic activities.164
