Abstract
A series of novel 10-phenyl ethers with an N-aryl piperazine of dihydroartemisinin were synthesized and evaluated for their antiproliferative activities against human breast cancer MCF-7 and multidrug-resistant MCF-7/Adr cell lines. MCF-7/Adr cells revealed collateral sensitivity towards all novel artemisinin-phenyl ethers.116
