Abstract
Three series of 15-membered macrolide analogs were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their antibacterial activities. Among them, 11,4â³-di-O-arylalkylcarbamoyl analogs exhibited potent and balanced activity against susceptible and resistant bacteria.
