Abstract
The CoMFA analysis was used to build statistically significant models with good correlative and predictive capability for the inhibition of CDK2 and CDK4 by 117 indenopyarzole derivatives. These models could be used to design new entities and/or to predict the inhibitory potencies of related structures.
