Abstract
NOEs (nuclear Overhauser effect) in nuclear magnetic resonance data of 2:1 daunomycin-d(TGATCA)2 complex show that drug chromophore intercalates at d-TpG/CpA sites and the conformation of DNA and drug change on binding.
