Abstract
⺠Compound 1 was isolated from Aspergillus sp. as the innate immunosuppressor. ⺠Compound 1 and its derivatives were synthesized and evaluated. ⺠The amide-containing derivatives showed much potent activities than those of 1. ⺠Compounds 21b, 21d, 37 and 43 suppressed the production levels of IL-8 in HUVECs.
