Abstract
The incorporation of hydrophilic comonomers into polypropene was expected to alter the surface properties. The slightly lowered water contact angles found on films of copolymers with higher comonomer content indicated the enhanced hydrophilicity of the polypropene copolymer surfaces compared to polypropene (PP).
