Abstract
► Roll-off phenomena in mixed single layer OLEDs is investigated. ► Joule heating is excluded among the reasons of roll-off in device efficiency. ► Efficiency roll-off is improved largely by co-doping in mixed single layer. ► There exists a competitive process between different emission mechanism for co-doping.
