Abstract
⺠Nanoporous superalloy membranes can be manufactured by load-free aging. ⺠Advantages are the simple process and the potential to fabricate larger membranes. ⺠We explain the effect of annealing temperature and duration on the membrane strength. ⺠Guideline to produce high-strength membrane materials with nanoscale porosity.
