Abstract
This work aims at studying the accelerated carbonation of concrete mixtures with high substitution rates of cement by fly ash or blast-furnace slag. The study focused on the durability of the so-designed mixtures, especially their resistance against carbonation and their equivalence of performances. The results show that mixtures with high substitution rates of cement by fly ash (50%) or blast-furnace slag (75%) could replace mixtures in accordance with the current standard.
