Abstract
In this study, the microwave dielectric properties of Zn2SnO4 ceramics prepared by the conventional solid-state method were investigated for application in mobile communication. Li2WO4 was selected as a liquid sintering aid to reduce the sintering temperature of Zn2SnO4 ceramics. By adding 0.75 wt% Li2WO4, a dielectric constant of 5.35, a quality factor (Qf) of 29,500 GHz, and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τfτf (−76 ppm/°C) were obtained when Zn2SnO4 ceramics were sintered at 975 °C for 4 h.
