Abstract
Solid solutions of (Ba0.9−xSrxCa0.1)(Ti0.8Zr0.2)O3 (BSCTZ) (0.1≤x≤0.4) were prepared using the conventional solid state reaction method. The effects of the substitution content on the crystallographic structure, phase transition and dielectric properties of the samples were investigated by dielectric and Raman spectroscopy over a wide temperature range from 100 to 500 K. All the samples were noted to undergo a diffuse phase transition from the tetragonal to the cubic phase and to exhibit a relaxor ferroelectric behavior.
