Abstract
A method of preparation of multicomponent Ba-doped PbNb2/3Zn1/3O3-PbNb2/3Mg1/3O3-PbTiO3 (PZN-PMN-PT) solid solution system in the range of large PZN concentrations was developed. Structural peculiarities of these solid solutions were studied. Correlations between the crystal structure and piezoelectric properties were established.
