Abstract
BiVO4 crystallites were successfully synthesized by a low-temperature molten salt method. XRD analysis and SEM observation showed that the incorporation of salt medium in the preparing process would greatly lower the formation temperature of BiVO4 phase, and promote their crystallization. UV–vis spectra evidenced their better optical absorption and visible light response than that of TiO2-P25.
