Abstract
⺠Mass gains exhibited neither linear nor parabolic law during isothermal oxidation at 800-1100 °C. ⺠Oxide scales formed consisted of NiO outerlayer, NiTiO3 interlayer and TiO2-based innerlayer. ⺠Internal oxidation zones formed consisted of Ti-, Ni- and Mo-based oxides. ⺠Cr improved oxidation resistance, due to Cr0.17Mo0.83O2 and Cr-rich Ti-based oxides formed.
