Abstract
Mathematical models were built to predict sodium phosphate inhibition of copper corrosion in aqueous chloride and sulphate media. SEM-EDXS and AFM were used to characterize material surfaces without and with inorganic salt addition. Inhibitor efficiency was compared with that exhibited by benzotriazole.
