Abstract
⺠Lead free thick film resistors based on ruthenium oxide were developed. ⺠The compatibility of resistors with different LTCC substrates was evaluated. ⺠The interactions between resistors and glassy LTCC substrates were not detected. ⺠Electrical characteristics were comparable with commercial thick film resistors.
