Abstract
⺠The conduction mechanism in HCZ may be due to hopping of small polaron. ⺠The material shows semiconducting behaviour. ⺠Conductivity obeys Jonscher's power law with high frequency dispersion. ⺠Both long-range and localized relaxation are present.
