Abstract
⺠Formation of the single phase NdCaCoO4 is observed at T = 800 °C while at 900-1000 °C the synthesis product is multiphase. ⺠NdCaCoO4 reacts with Al2O3 and ZrO2 at 900-1000 °C but remains almost intact in contact with GDC and MgO. ⺠Surface doping of NdCaCoO4 by MgO prevents grain growth at 1000 °C.
