Abstract
⺠Hexagonal Dy(OH)3 and Dy2O3 nanorods were prepared by hydrothermal route. ⺠Phase dependent PL and TL studies were carried out. ⺠The kinetic parameters such as activation energy (E), order of kinetics (b), and frequency factor (s) were estimated using peak shape method. ⺠Linear response of cubic Dy2O3 phase is useful for its application in dosimetry.
