Abstract
⺠Fe-doped Sr and Ca titanates were synthesized by chemical and solid state reaction. ⺠SPM images show striking differences in samples prepared by the two routes. ⺠Impedance spectroscopy measurements show different electrical behaviors. ⺠Correlations between the two macroscopic observations are shown.
